The free beta, straight to your PC. It's early and not code-signed yet — so take 20 seconds to read how to open it, then you're set.
Because it's a brand-new app that isn't code-signed yet, Windows will show a warning the first time. That's expected — here's the path through it.
Pulse.exe.Then it isn't the normal warning — it's Smart App Control, a hard block on unsigned apps that's on for some clean Windows 11 installs.
Please don't turn it off to run Pulse. It's a one-way switch — once off, it can't be turned back on without reinstalling Windows, and no overlay is worth that. Instead, email me one line saying it happened — that single message is genuinely the most useful thing you can send, it tells me whether I need to buy a certificate.
Pulse has no window — it sits in your system tray by the clock. Windows usually hides new tray icons, so click the "^" arrow to find it and drag it out to keep it visible. These two hotkeys work even if you never find the icon:
Set the game to Borderless (or Windowed Fullscreen). On Exclusive Fullscreen the game owns the whole screen and no overlay can draw on it — and Pulse never injects into games, so it stays anti-cheat safe.
Windows "Memory Integrity" blocks CPU temperature for every app of this kind (HWiNFO and Afterburner included). GPU temp always works — nothing is broken.
Pulse never touches game memory and never injects into games. FPS is read with a built-in Windows feature (ETW) via Intel's PresentMon. VAC does not block it.
This is a beta and bug reports are gold. Email pulsesupport1@gmail.com with your GPU and Windows version, and paste in this file (it tells me what Pulse actually did):

I especially want to hear if Smart App Control blocked it, you couldn't find the tray icon, or you're on an AMD/Intel GPU or Windows 10 — those aren't tested much yet.
