These terms govern your use of the Pulse website and its waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

2. About this site

Pulse is a hardware monitoring overlay for Windows, currently in development. All material on this site — including designs, skins, features, and performance figures — is preview material and may change before release.

3. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything.
• Joining the waitlist does not obligate us to release the product by any particular date, or at all.
• The early-access offer (first skin pack free for waitlist members) applies if and when Pulse launches with paid skin packs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of this site, attempt to access data belonging to others, or submit email addresses that you do not own or control.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to keep all information accurate, we make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy of preview material.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or from reliance on preview material published on it.

7. Privacy

The only personal information processed by this site is the email address you submit to the waitlist. See the privacy policy for details.

Any changes to these terms will be reflected on this page, with the date above updated accordingly. Separate terms will accompany the released product.
